Our experience with Red Seal Fireplace in Vancouver has been incredibly frustrating and deeply disappointing. After reaching out to them for a service call, we were promised a response within 10 days, but it took a staggering three weeks for them to get back to us. This delay was just the beginning of our troubles.
Before the day of the scheduled appointment, we received multiple reminder messages about their expected arrival. We rearranged our schedules to be available, but to our utter dismay, they never showed up. There was no notice, no acknowledgment, just silence and an entire day wasted.
When we finally managed to contact the owner and express our frustrations, the indifference in their response was very upsetting. The owner casually mentioned that the oversight might have been due to someone else’s mistake, showing a complete lack of concern for the inconvenience caused.
In all honesty, our experience with Red Seal Fireplace has been a complete letdown. We had hoped for a reliable and professional service, but what we got was unresponsiveness, disregard for customer time, and a lack of accountability. It’s truly disappointing when a company fails to live up to even the most basic expectations.
